Lilia was born and raised in a small town outside of Panama City, Florida called Wewahitchka.

At the young age of 19 she decided to serve her country and joined the US Army where she proudly served as a Personnel Information Systems Management Specialist (among other job skills/MOS's) for 14 years. She was Medically Retired due to Breast Cancer and moved back to her hometown, Panama City.

After retiring from the military, Lilia focused her interest on Real Estate. Becoming one of the top ten percent agent in the country and number 2 in the state.  Her vast knowledge of commercial, residential and raw land has earned her the trust and respect of major developers in the panhandle.

Lilia has worked hard and hand picked an extraordinary group of Real Estate professionals that have become her "Home Team". Lilia's Home Team specialists are available to help you with everything from Listing your property to finding the perfect home or investment.

Together with her team, we are very proud to announce that Lilia has been selected to be the "Homes For Heroes" representative in our wonderful Florida Panhandle.

We have worked diligently to bring this wonderful program to the area in support of all our "Heroes" here in the panhandle.
